Project Pricing Information

Design / Build

(for complex projects that require design work)

• $800.00 per page / 1 change included in price
• $600.00 for each additional page if needed
• Any drafting fees will be credited toward the work once a contract is signed

Fixed price projects

• Firm price given for entire project, change orders by request
• Small change orders are usually covered; however, substantial change orders that may arise typically have a separate fixed price 

Handyman Services

• Handyman services for smaller projects are normally billed at the rate of $85.00 per hour, per man, with a 4-hour minimum time frame.
  

Real Estate Pre-Sale List

• We can provide pricing when a list is submitted and a site visit is required . The service fee, due up front, is $250.00. The work can be prioritized by budget and the service fee back to any work that is completed over $1500.00.
